Welcome to the official website of the Society of Jesus Mary Joseph (JMJ), Ghana Region.

It is my privilege and joy to extend a warm welcome to you on behalf of all the sisters of the JMJ Ghana Region. Rooted in the Gospel values and inspired by the charism of our Founder, Rev. Fr. Mathias Wolff, we are committed to living and proclaiming the love of Jesus through our mission of service.

Since the arrival of the first JMJ missionaries in Ghana, our congregation has been actively engaged in healthcare, education, pastoral ministry, social outreach, and the empowerment of individuals and communities. Guided by our charism of “ever adaptable apostolic availability,” we seek to respond generously to the needs of the Church and society.
